U1st Search Function Terms & Conditions
Further to the general Terms & Conditions of use for the U1st website, the following apply:
The search function is a tool provided by U1st to enable you as a visitor to our website to find information contained on the U1st website. By using the U1st search function you understand and agree to the following conditions:

• That the question you asked may be stored and used by U1st for whatever purpose it sees fit.
• That if you submit a question to U1st for a manual response, an e-mail address must be provided.
• A request for a manual response to a question will be replied to within 5 working days.
• That the answer will be provided by a hyper link back to our website.
• That U1st will not store or use the e-mail address for any purpose, other than to reply to your question, unless you elect to be registered for other services on offer.
• Should you choose to attach your name to a question that requires a new piece of information to be placed on the website, your name will be associated with the question.
• That your contact details can be removed by e-mailing us at allan@u1strealty.com.au and stating the question to which you wish your name to be removed from.
• Should your question generate a new piece of information on the website, U1st reserves the right to amend the question.
